Frequently asked questions
Is payroll outsourcing legal in Mexico after the 2021 reform?
Yes, as long as it's done within the law. The reform banned staff subcontracting, but not payroll administration or specialized services registered with the REPSE, the registry required for specialized service providers. Contadoor operates with a current registration.
What's the difference between Payroll 360° and payroll outsourcing?
Payroll 360° combines payroll calculation with social security consulting and employee benefits, such as virtual medical assistance. Outsourcing handles the entire operation: calculation, stamping, disbursement and periodic obligations.
